為著我降生踮地上，
總是伯利恆客館無所在 通迎接我主踮彼內。

1.我心大歡喜，我的嘴著吟詩，
1) Góa sim tōa hoaⁿhí, góa ê chhùi tio̍h gîmsi,
感謝主上帝大仁義；
Kámsiā Chú Siōngtè tōa jîngī;
佇日時謳咾，佇暝時我感謝，
Tī ji̍tsî oló, tī mîsî góa kámsiā,
按呢服事也無夠額。
Ańni ho̍ksāi iā bô kàugia̍h.
2.我心所敬疼我至好的牧者，
2) Góa sim só͘ kèng-thiàⁿ góa chìhó ê bo̍kchiá,
羊群踮祢遐攏無驚；
Iûⁿ-kûn tiàm Lí hia lóng bô kiaⁿ;
青翠的草埔，祢歡喜導阮去，
