Crispy Raisins Oats Cookies 葡萄乾燕麥酥餅

低筋麵粉100克,燕麥片35克,葡萄乾45克,泡打粉1/4小勺,小蘇打粉1/4 小勺,肉桂粉1/8小勺,雞蛋30克,色拉油65克,細砂糖50克,紅糖20克。

1. 碗內倒入植物油,打入雞蛋,在加入紅糖和細砂糖。
2. 用蛋抽用分攪勻,但不要打起泡。
3. 在另一個碗裡,把麵粉,燕麥片,葡萄乾,泡打粉,小蘇打粉,肉桂粉混合均勻。
4. 把上一步混合好的粉類倒入“2”中。
5. 用橡皮刮刀拌勻成為均勻濕潤的麵糊。
6. 取一小塊麵糊,搓成圓球形,再壓成圓餅型,排入烤盤,放入已預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火170度,烘烤15-18分鐘。
