Herbal Tea 仙草茶

Grass jelly Tea 仙草茶
黃花草曬乾
桑椹葉曬乾
魚腥草曬乾
仙草曬乾
咸豐草曬乾
以上五種材料1:1:1:1:1，洗淨後放入滾水中，煮1小時
關火，再放入薄荷悶十分鐘
最後再加入黑糖溶解即可

My dear friend, Kent, wrote a poem for me about Sirtea Garden.

隱藏多年的康德大詩人最近終於出山露臉, 還時常暗訪茶翁家園。
今日特地惠贈詩詞一首, 將茶翁家園描寫得如此的境界;
茶翁不禁惶恐, 祇好閉門躬身自省, 不敢再在康門弄巧囉。
