Ingredients for Miso Ramen (serves 1) /味噌拉麵配料(1人)1 package of Instant Ramen Noodles, Miso /1包方便麵,味噌
2~3 Thin Pork Loin Slices /2~3個瘦豬肉里脊片
1 Large Garlic Clove, Chopped /1個大蒜瓣,切碎
80g Cabbage (2.8 oz) /80G白菜(2.8盎司)
70g Moyashi Bean Sprouts (2.5 oz) 7/0克MOYASHI豆芽(2.5盎司)
¼ tsp Doubanjiang - Chili Bean Paste /¼茶匙Doubanjiang - 辣椒豆瓣醬
½ tsp Miso /½茶匙味噌
½ tsp Soy Sauce /½茶匙醬油
½ tsp Oyster Sauce /½茶匙蠔油
Sesame Oil/香油
400ml Hot Water 400ML/熱水
3 tbsp Corn, Canned /3湯匙玉米罐頭
3 tbsp Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped /3湯匙,蔥葉,切碎
