Chicken Salad 雞肉沙拉
Chicken Salad by GlutenFreePlus
Ingredients:
4 Cups cooked and cubed Chicken
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise - gluten free
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Pineapple Tidbits
1 Cup Red Grapes, cut in half
1 Cup Slivered Almonds
Directions:
"Toss chicken with the lemon juice until coated. Chill for one hour. Add remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serve over lettuce, or on sandwich bread with a sprinkling of parsley.
