Vegetable Noodle 素炸醬麵

Vegetable Noodle With Sweet Bean Sauce
素炸醬麵


材料：豆干. 甜麵醬. 竹筍.糖. 小黃瓜.紅蘿蔔. 麵條. 高湯. 花生醬. 橄欖油。

做法：
1.熱鍋用少許油炒香豆乾丁，炒出香味之後加入筍丁、紅蘿蔔。
2.加入甜麵醬炒勻，再加入糖、花生醬炒開。
3.最後加入少許水，用小火煮開到略濃稠，起鍋前加入小黃瓜。
4.炒好的醬料淋在麵條上即可享用。
