A Blind General 瞎眼將軍

A Chinese General said in Washington DC, "There are no missiles point at Taiwan." I think he is blind or an idiot.

中國解放軍總參謀長陳炳德在美國華盛頓特區公開睜眼說瞎話。証據十足衆人皆知的事還敢說謊。
