一直沒想好這道菜的菜名

材料：一個菜椒(黃色)，一個尖椒(綠色)，一個西紅柿(番茄)，四個雞蛋，一根火腿腸，還有適量的蔥薑蒜。
1、把雞蛋打勻。
2、把菜椒切塊。
3、拿一個空碗，把西紅柿用刀削進碗裡，這樣可以防止西紅柿的汁流失掉。
4、把尖椒切了，和菜椒放在一起即可。
5、先把雞蛋炒熟，然後鏟出另放。
6、放入適量的油，開始翻炒西紅柿。
7、等到西紅柿的汁出來的差不多了，就倒入蔥薑蒜、菜椒和尖椒進行翻炒。
8、然後放入炒熟的雞蛋，翻炒兩三下。
9、加入適量的鹽進行翻炒。
10、放入切好的火腿翻炒三四下。
11、最後放入其他佐料，即可出鍋，這樣這道菜就完工了。
