古舊十架
各各他山嶺上, 孤立一十字架, 這就是羞辱痛苦記號;
神愛子主耶穌, 爲世人被釘死, 這十架爲我最愛最寶。

故我愛高舉十字寶架, 直到在主台前見主面,
我一生要背負十字架, 此十架可換公義冠冕。

主寶貴十字架, 乃世人所輕視, 至於我却是真神仁慈;
神愛子主耶穌, 離天堂眾榮華, 甘願爲世人背此苦架。

Tomato Beef With Potato 番茄薯仔燉牛肉

番茄薯仔燉牛肉

食材:
牛肉300g
洋蔥半顆
馬鈴薯1顆
牛番茄1顆
調味料:
紅酒100c.c.
鹽適量
配菜－和風醬茄子
茄子1支
和風醬油5c.c.
柴魚醬油5c.c.
燒肉醬5c.c.
配菜－柴魚海帶絲
海帶絲100g
柴魚10g
柴魚醬油少許
配菜－豆腐粉絲煲
冬粉1把
傳統豆腐1塊
豆瓣醬10g
1 先煮一鍋熱水，水滾後將切成小塊的牛肉先煮5分鐘，撈起過冷水後備用。
牛肉要先以熱水煮過，時間不宜過短，以去除部分牛腥味及雜質。
2 將馬鈴薯切成約3公分大小的塊狀、洋蔥也切成3公分大小塊狀，把番茄切成約2公分左右塊狀。起一油鍋約160℃，將馬鈴薯與洋蔥一起下鍋炒香。
3 將煮過的牛肉下鍋，加水50c.c.，拌炒約5分鐘。
4 再把番茄下鍋一起翻炒， 加水約100c.c.，蓋鍋蓋煨煮10分鐘。
5 加入紅酒再燜煮約20分鐘，最後加鹽即可。

燜煮10分鐘後可以筷子觀察肉的軟硬程度，想吃軟一點的，可以多加水100c.c.再燜煮10分鐘。
