何欣茹清晰記得，那天，擅長田徑項目的她，獲得了全校冠軍，「捧著獎盃，一路蹦蹦跳跳，想要趕快回家給家人看。」
沒料到越過平常穿越的火車軌道，一名工人推著載滿甘蔗的火車廂，何欣茹的裙子不知為何被勾著了，頓時失去重心，小小的身軀立刻被捲入車廂底下，接著就失去了雙腿。
在找回對跳舞的夢想與熱情之前，她有14年走不出來。曾經，她催眠自己腳還能長出來，曾經，她因為別人譏笑的言語和自卑，與外界隔絕。然而，在音樂中何欣茹找到可以安慰自己的地方。在現在丈夫的帶領下，取代封閉的是她加倍面對挑戰的熱情。
就跳舞吧！

何欣茹說，她不再哭了，現在開始要為自己笑了。世界成了她的舞台：
2004年，「世界IPC輪椅國際標準舞錦標賽」
她是亞洲第一、全世界第四；
2006年，「世界IPC輪椅國際標準舞錦標賽」
她是全世界第12；
2007年，她榮獲中華民國身心障礙楷模「金鷹獎」；
2010年，自創輪椅嘻哈舞，與丈夫及兒子受邀至上海世博表演。

加拿大長頸鵝來到茶翁家園補給。

最近常可看到加拿大單隻或小群的大鵝在園中取食且很怕生, 一靠近就飛走。這次來了三十多隻, 還讓我可以順利拍照。 最後還是被高速公路的行車嚇飛, 讓我有點失望可惜。
