Salt:Vinegar:Water 1：2：6
鹽醋水消毒砧板

為了對飲食衛生做徹底的把關，除了養成隨手清潔砧板的習慣外，最好要經常定期以鹽醋水來消毒砧板。
＊自製鹽醋水:鹽巴、白醋、冷開水比例是1：2：6

使用方法：
1.先把砧板洗乾淨。
2.接著把乾淨的抹布泡入鹽醋水中充分浸濕。
3.然後將抹布稍稍擰乾，再把砧板整個包覆起來。
4.最後把剩下的鹽醋水慢慢的澆淋在抹布上，然後靜置1小時後再清洗即可。
*以鹽醋水消毒砧板完畢後，只要以清水沖洗即可，完全不必擔心殘留的問題。
*不要以黑醋來代替白醋，但可選用一般白醋即可，不必用到價格較高的穀物醋。

下午去素新姊家, 她剛滷好一鍋紅燒牛肉, 特地裝了滿滿一盒帶回家。禾香姊下麵加上配套, 我倆享受一頓很好吃牛肉麵晚餐。真多謝素新姊。
