2、强化腹肌及腰背的肌腱。

3、左右两边伸展运动。

4、美化背部线条，预防颈椎病。

5、手脚并用可以让身体左右均衡。

6、同时增加手部柔软度。

7、收紧腹部肌肉。

8、减去小肚腩。

9、增加脚部柔软度结实臂部。

10、消除臀部下垂的赘肉和紧实腿部肌肉Ⅰ。

11、消除臀部下垂的赘肉和紧实腿部肌肉Ⅱ。
